The Europa Beat app does not collect, store or sell any personal data. It requires no account or sign-up, shows no advertising, and includes no third-party analytics SDKs. You just open the app and listen to the radio.
This policy applies to the Europa Beat mobile app for iOS and Android and to the website europabeat.com. Europa Beat is an online radio station streaming today's English-language pop and dance hits 24/7.
Data we do NOT collect
- No accounts or registration: we never ask for your name, email, phone number or any personal data.
- No advertising: the app contains no ads or ad networks.
- No third-party analytics: we do not embed any tracking or analytics SDKs.
- No data sales: we do not sell or share personal data with anyone — because we do not collect it.
Third-party services the app contacts
To work, the app connects to a few internet services. As with any internet connection, those services can see your device's IP address in order to respond to the request. We do not receive or store that information.

The station's public YouTube channel RSS feed is queried to show the latest videos. Google/YouTube Privacy Policy

Our own server delivers the weekly Top 20, the news and the app configuration. It is covered by this same policy and does not log any personal data of app users.
Android permissions
The app uses only the permissions required to play live radio:
- Foreground service (audio playback): keeps the radio playing when you switch apps or lock the screen, with lock-screen controls and Android Auto support.
- WAKE_LOCK: prevents the system from cutting playback while the screen is off.
On iOS, the app plays audio in the background with lock-screen controls, using the system's standard audio capabilities.
Push notifications
Push notifications are currently disabled. If they are enabled in the future, it will only be with the user's explicit permission through the operating system, and you will be able to turn them off at any time in your device settings.
Children
The app is suitable for all audiences. We do not collect data from any user, including children. No personal information is required to use any feature.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will publish the updated version on this same page with its revision date. Relevant changes will also be reflected in the app listings on the App Store and Google Play.
