Ariana Grande Announces a Long Break From Touring After the Eternal Sunshine Tour

Ariana Grande has confirmed what many fans suspected: after her upcoming Eternal Sunshine Tour, the singer will be stepping away from touring “for a very, very, very long time.”
During her appearance on Amy Poehler’s Good Hang podcast, Grande revealed that this series of shows will serve as her “big final goodbye” before taking an indefinite break from performing live.

“I’m doing a small run of shows next year because it’s something I’m very excited about, but I don’t think I’ll do it again for a long time. That’s why I want to give it everything I have. It feels like one last celebration… for now,” she explained.

The tour, which follows the release of her 2024 album Eternal Sunshine, will kick off in June 2026 with dates in Los Angeles, Atlanta, Chicago, Montreal, London, and more cities yet to be announced. It will mark her first tour since the Sweetener World Tour in 2019, making this return especially meaningful for her fans.

Grande also reflected on how her artistic journey has evolved, particularly through acting. Playing Glinda in the Wicked films helped her reconnect with music, but also highlighted her desire to pursue creative projects that are less demanding than a global tour.

Although she hasn’t ruled out touring again in the future, she made it clear that there are no current plans beyond Eternal Sunshine Tour. The announcement has sparked a wave of reactions online as fans rush to secure tickets and prepare for what may be her last major tour for a long time.
